@King Richard: Alrighty, I like the way you've built the idea around him. In fact, I think this is a pretty cool way to go about doing things, however... currently, I feel that he's way powerful stat-wise. 

His Noble Phantasms and skills seem perfect, but... honestly, under those circumstances he could take down literally anyone in or out of his Noble Phantasm usage, which isn't a good thing as a Saber. So, for this reason I'm going to have to impose a few stat decreases.

I'd like you to reduce his Strength to D and Agility down to C Rank. I would also like his Endurance down to B Rank. I'm suggesting these stats, because from Saber's Noble Phantasms, its clear that he should be played more from a defensive perspective, rather than a head on charge straight into things approach. Oh, and feel free to remove the plus signs, they aren't really necessary~ We can remember that stuff!

Would this compromise be good with you? It would be easier this way, rather than you having to rework your Noble Phantasms and your abilities.
