I want my books back. They all got given away to the local charity shop because I had too many books so there went all my Harry Potter books. I guess I could use the movies for reference but then again there is a lot the movies had to cut out, and even then I need to go get them out from storage - Had a look yesterday for them and could only find two copies of The Deathly Hallows Part 1, and then a copy of The Deathly Hallow Part 2. And for the life of me, couldn't find the box set. I honestly got to the point where Luna was introduced and was just wondering if we could of had her introduced earlier because she just seemed a pretty fun character who would of been more interesting to develop than some other characters. And maybe it's because of Luna, but I always remember that "Order of the Phoenix" was my favourite book and movie. Though it's funny to note that was my mum's least favourite movie. She hated Umbridge too much to enjoy the movie but a part of me really liked just how twisted Umbridge was - Made her eventual comeuppance all the more satisfying. I think Draco and Luna are a good match, as they both rely more on themselves than others. But whilst Draco is struggling to gain more acceptance with his Slytherin peers, I see it as Luna just ends up just being herself, not caring what others think of her too much where as with Draco is trying to look good to get more friends even if at heart he's more of a loner. So they might just end up teaching each other some valuable lessons, like Luna will teach him that it is okay to be yourself. And welp, my cute-o-meter just went off when I remembered something. So at the end of Order of the Phoenix when Sirius is dead, Luna comforts Harry. Throw that out the window, so Hermione can comfort him of course, because OTP reigns supreme, and since Draco will obviously be a little upset with the fact his father is now in Azkaban Prison, I see the scene now where Luna approaches him whilst she's looking for her lost possessions and sympathises over the loss of a parent figure in his life, and depending on how close or how much they trust each other at this point, Luna would mention how she doesn't have a mother any more, and how she understands how having one of your parents vanishing from your life is difficult. But then she'll take his hand gently, give it a light squeeze and repeat the same line she says to Harry regarding Sirius, but this time for Draco. "Anyway, my mum always said that the things we lose have a way of coming back to us in the end. Even if not in the way we always expect," She then looks up to see her shoes hanging from the archway, and she can't help but smile a little. Meanwhile, I think for Harry and Hermione, I think Hermione will have her work cut out for her because there's also the loss of Ron as a friend and Sirius' death that she has to cheer Harry up over. I can imagine her putting her arm around Harry as they are sat by the fire in Gryffindor Tower. They are the only ones there and whilst she's trying to comfort him, Harry gets the notion about perhaps Sirius coming back to him as a ghost, and when Nearly Headless Nick passes by, he asks about it. So when Nick tells him that Sirius will not come back as he probably moved on, there will be a harder punch to the feels and more need for Hermione to make him feel better. In the end, I see her trying to get him to come down to the final feast of the year regardless, as being around his real friends would be better than moping. There is no need to rush a post at all with me. I'm a very patient person when it comes to roleplay. Gotta remember we have lives outside this forum after all, and I woke up late again like an idiot, even though I went to bed somewhat early.
