I can probably slot in one more jedi, but at that point, we're done for Jedi. 

What I really need is maybe another padawan (three at most) and military types.

Of course, if we wind up with no military officers, then we'll make them NPC's and work from there -- but that feels rather 'clone wars' and I want a different dynamic. ;)
