I decided twenty because 21 is gonna be special....(after all 777 is 3x luck = Epic) simple math
(she wants to teach because she never liked learning) 

Shes young but skilled maybe she could be a Teacher assistant? Or could still be a teacher but of a lesser class subject that requires lesser skill such as Pokemon Caretaking
