I'll give peeps til tomorrow to let me know they're still in, and after that, looks like I've got some serious re-deployment issues to deal with. 

At the moment, with Nexerus and Zell the last guys on the eastern front, it's possible the Commonwealth will push us out of Sunnyside. Unless Boerd reaffirms his presence and prevents the whole thing from collapsing, given that his men are the only ones really capable of smashing the 7th Freedom Brigade in offensive operations. If he doesn't, then I think the rangers will be left to hold the borders against a Commonwealth counter offensive, whilst Zell's raiders are redeployed to the southern front. 

With the NCR assault from the south threatening to overwhelm a shrunken YR military, the President will likely convene a crisis meeting between the republic's highest officials. If we find ourselves lacking in players, then I'll likely increase troop allowances and budget investments more so than I had planned to cover the short fall. But we'll deal with all that tomorrow, once I know where we stand.

Just something to keep in mind.

Had I foreseen the guild's issues, and related absences, I would have left the NCR's sudden arrival for a while. Ah well, that's war right? Nothing ever goes to plan.
