Kijani woke up when her face hit the floor. She groaned low, and picked herself up from the carpet. Her pajama shirt was drenched in sweat, and she could feel the nightmare still tugging at the corners of her mind. "Dammit... you should be over this." She prodded herself in the forehead with her fingers. "You have work to do." There was info gathering to be done, for Magneto... and perhaps she could work for Headmaster Wayne at the same time. After speaking to Connor, consoling him- and herself- she'd gone back to her room and started a brand-new dossier. Students with power, students with skill, students who could be convinced to tread a path that wasn't so... rigid. Connor was still not on those lists. Even though she knew he fit the first two criteria, she wasn't sure about the last. So far, she knew that Connor had to have a reason to break the rules. Time and time again, she wondered if she deserved someone like that, someone truly good. She wasn't sure that she did, at all, but Connor's persistence kept her from finding a viable reason to pull away. Kijani showered and dressed for the day, then grabbed her things and went off to eat. She would need a balanced breakfast if she was to play a triple agent. It felt so good to have a purpose again. -- Devika woke in the nurse's office. Everything hurt, like she'd been running a marathon... with hammers banging on her head. She wanted to vomit, and once she got up and went to the bathroom, she did just that when the paiin overwhelmed her. Slowly, she redressed and attempted to piece together yesterdady. Once she was dressed, gloved and turtlenecked, she made her way toward the cafeteria in a white fog.
