Viral didn’t want Yumi to be concerned with his own matters, seeing how it was his problems. He didn’t need to drag Yumi down with him, he would be better by himself and allowed to keep his thoughts to himself instead of running his mouth like this. Who knew if he’d turn around and hit her instead of ranting like this. Growling lowly in frustration he kept his eyes off her, angrily staring away at the wall while keeping his paws close. “I know you are! Everyone else is trying too! I just can’t take it right now…” he growled, not meaning to come off as aggressive. He hated how much ‘hope’ they were giving him when it meant as much as a prayer might right now, but it was hard telling her that. “I need breathing room away from all this…I don’t need to think I can do this just because someone believes it might happen…” It was hard to think through all this anger, his inability to keep himself under control really taking its toll on his health. He felt completely stressed and unfortunately Yumi’s attempt to cheer him up wasn’t working. Staring at her he kept quiet, his gaze lowering a little before he looked away again, grumbling as he wiped his forehead as a little trickle of blood decided to make its way down. “You don’t need to handicap yourself just because you have fuzzy ears and claws…just blast them if you wanted to!” T’charrl hadn’t had this fruit cut by Ki before, looking to Shu when he took his and seemed pretty fascinated by it. The fruit must had tasted differently if he was reacting like that, maybe it was full of energy so that much was pretty interesting to him. Looking up to Takeshi he smiled a little, accepting the piece of fruit. “They didn’t even try to pretend with me at first. They just told me straight away and that was it: they tell me I’m weird but should be friends with me because they were told to. I was only little when they all knew I was different, so it became easy to tell when they were just lying completely. I think it was their parents who wanted it more than they did”. It was hard to tell, especially when they were children and the adults were often absent. Nibbling at the pineapple he was soon finding out why Shu thought it was strange. The Ki did leave a strange cooked skin on it, making it taste sweeter than it probably was. “Well, he might if you’re stronger but trying to show off that you are. Enemy is different from friend, right? You get friend, enemy and you said rival, right?” It was just amusing how flustered Takeshi was over it all, seeing him fumble around trying to make things better for himself by dropping the subject. Eating at the pineapple he looked between Shu and Takeshi, silently watching as Takeshi tried to make plans before he was instead addressed, staring up at him curiously before ending up a little confused himself. “Huh? You want to play with me?” he asked quickly, looking between the pair, “Are you sure? I-I mean, I only went to the surface to fight, not play. Everywhere else is underground and I didn’t really play either. I don’t know how much use I’ll be to you trying to find a place to play”.
