Had a little more time than I thought. So here's my character. I can change the age if needed.

Name: Kale Arnon

Race: Human

Age: 19

Height: 5' 8"

Weight: 146lbs

Hair: Thick, somewhat fluffy, dirty blonde. Goes down just past the shoulders and is mostly tied up in a pony tail.

Eyes: Round shaped and large, emerald green in color.

Skin: Fair with a light dusting of freckles across his nose and cheeks. His hands and feet are callused. There are a few scars on his person, mainly the normal childhood ones and one or two from working. There's a small burn scar on his stomach from when he accidentally leaned a little too far trying to reach something and bumped the stove.

Build: Thin and gangly. There's not much in the way of muscle, but there's also not any fat. He has long limbs, especially his legs. His skinny body holds surprising amounts of strength.

Clothes: His normal uniform is black pants and white button up shirt, along with a gray vest, matching tie, and a pair of black work boots. Though he refuses to wear the tie and prefers to go barefooted.

Accessories: He secretly keeps a small blue stone pendant on a thin silver chain underneath his shirt. One of the very few valuables he has.

Powers/Skills: Kale is very good at climbing and hiding, he has near perfect balance and is quick and agile. He isn't incredibly strong, but has enough strength to do his work. He knows how to stay quiet, he just refuses to.

General Personality: Strong willed and sharp tongued. He can out stubborn just about anyone. He's nearly fearless and certainly isn't afraid to stand up to people. He has some trust issues, but once you earn that trust he'll never betray you. He's adventurous, creative, and has a good imagination. Not a good combination when you're a servant in a big castle. You tend to get into some trouble. He's the tiniest bit masochistic, he doesn't get off on pain, but he doesn't dislike it either. A little bit of pain is a good thing every once in a while. He hates authority and people who think they're better than others, and will stop at nothing to defy them. Underneath his tough exterior he's kind hearted and protective of the people he cares about. He likes to help people and will forget about his own safety and well being when theirs is involved.

Background: Born and raised in a more poor part of the kingdom. He's been working every since he's been old enough to do so. He had a younger sister, but she was born sickly and didn't live very long. Him and his parents lived together small, run down, house. It wasn't much, but it kept them warm and dry. As he got older, he decided that he wanted his parents to be able to stop working and live out the rest of their days in comfort. So he took to stealing, not thinking about what would happen to him if he got caught. He got really good at it, being able to slip into the house of a richer family and get back out without them even knowing he was there. Only he got too cocky and went for a house that was too much for him. He was captured and after being beaten and spending a night in a cell, he was placed on a trial. They decided that because of his skills, they wouldn't kill him or anything like that. Instead they put him to work, making him a servant at the castle to give the kingdom back what he took. And because the castle was in need of new servants, due to a group of escapees that were caught and killed.
