Mythical animals such as dragons can also be called
they wont get any real powers from their race when they have an elemental made body though
a drsgon soul in a water body will just be a water made dragon like creature with no dragon born powers as it lacks the real dragon blood anf physique

If her seal ever were to break then she can make flesh and blood ones though. Useful to rivive all dead races and possibly dead people (though this is limited to time frame as most souls enter the after live after some time)
but that option will only be done once Chii her power has awakened
and since I plan to keep that off for a long time...
