Cassie listened to Klaus and the name came up again. Caroline Forbes. She couldn't help but wonder about her, buy she listened to the other things he said. She chuckled at the vervain comment, "Klaus, darling, have you forgotten iI am immune to vervain?" She asked.

And his speech about hunters earned him another look. "Klaus, hunters don't scare me. I know their game, I know how they work. I have hunting in my blood, and I am far better and scarier than any of them. Even being dormant." She reminded him. She could recall the other night, but she shook her head. 

"Besides, I look forward to this trip, and meeting these friends of yours." She said.

Damon was glad when they were finally on the road, and her question filled his ears. He thought a.moment. "Well, Mystic Falls is full of supernaturals, qnd most of the time tragedy is there, but when I left things wete going back to normal. I just needed to get away." 

He thought a moment. "You'll get to meet some of the people I know. Caroline, Elena, Jeremy, Matt, Tyler, and my brother may be there, Stefan." He said.
