Klaus chuckled when she caught on. "I did forget for a moment." He said, rubbing his thumb on the back of her hand. He looked up when she said hunters didn't scare her. Maybe not those kind of hunters, but she didn't know the ones he was speaking of. They were ruthless and would stop at nothing, almost like his father was. Sighing, Klaus nodded. He'd let her think what she wanted, and when the time came she'd really see how they were. Her last sentence she said made him smile and look her way. "I can't wait for you to meet them, either." He told her as he brought the back of her hand to his lips and brushed it against her flesh. "They're going to love you, and you'll love them." He said, settling back in the seat and watching the trees as they zoomed on by. - - - "Elena? Your ex-girlfriend Elena?" She asked him curiously, tilting her head to the side. Why would she want to meet her? Well, she did have good taste if she was with Damon, but didn't they leave on not so good terms? Why were they going back? She decided to brush it aside as she nibbled on her lower lip and she looked back towards him. "You never speak about him, your brother, I mean." She said, giving his hand a small squeeze. "Do you two get along okay? Or is he an ass?" She asked him as she leaned over and rested her head on his arm, letting out a soft yawn. "I'm sorry for being so nosy.. you probably don't want to talk about any of that.." She said to him softly.
