Here's the set I came up vvith for the gunner, all of the abilities are from the game, except for G-4 and G-5, and the 'general skills' are generalized instead of boringly listing a set of predefined skills that all fall under the same category anyvvay. Lots of shooty stuff! I Figured something out =D Mostly in term of balancing things out, such as certain abilities not working in certain worlds, or becoming properly 'ammo based', and in some worlds based on technology he might be able to modify his weapons more permanently :D [Hider=General Gunner Stuff] Leg-work: Since a gunner's hands tend to be busy with weapons, They tend to do a lot of practice using their legs for when Melee is required, nevermind that having to be able to keep ones distance from the target is a vital skill and leads to strong legs in the first place. Ammo Swap: Any Competent gunner is going to carry different types of ammo for when normal bullets just won't cut it. Silver Bullets, Cryo Shot, Incendiary Rounds, Armor piercing. Gun-work: A Gunner's job is never as simple as 'point and shoot', one must adapt their gun-play for different situations, not to mention be able to use different guns and be able to reload quickly. Grenades: Sometimes, bullets just won't do the job, so Naturally a gunner carries around explosives! Standard Frag Grenades, Cryo and Incendiary, and of course some C-4 for that extra 'boom'. [/Hider] [Hider=Heavy weaponry] Hand Cannons: No, not 'big pistol', proper one handed cannons, pack a monster of a punch and kick back of course, also pretty damn sturdy. Considerably short ranged, but can be charged to gain some extra range and blast. X-Thrower: Flame-thrower style weapon, Able to spew the usual gout of flame, but can be changed to tighten into a stream, or over-charged to releast a veritable whirl-wind of it's load. It can actually be loaded with different types of magic from someone else, though on it's own it only work for launching Fire or wind. Launcher Multi-gun: A Large Rifle-like cannon, capable of taking different modes of fire to change it's out-put. It's standard mode shoots a single large Rifle bullet that is known to pierce targets before exploding. It can change modes to a chargeable Laser Rifle, or a launcher to produce a small remote clusterbomb projectile. Spectral Search Eye: Special tool allowing the gunner to target enemies of a greater range than usual. [/Hider] [Hider=Mech stuff] G-Class Support Mecha: Mites: A Collection of Small Variable mecha that perform various formations, attacks, or combinations to support their Gunner Master. They appear to be mechanical spiders roughly the size of a small dog [like, a shittzu], and normally cling to the Gunner's jacket to provide additional protection from behind. The standard number is 12 total, though with the right materials he can build more of them. G-1: Corona: The Mites form together into a Cannon like shape, firing small explosive energy projectiles in an arching pattern towards their targets. It takes 6 Mites to make one Corona. G-2: Rolling Thunder: Mites form a Small Cylendrical Device with rotating Electrified edges, levitating before it's user to attempt to block for-ward attacks or to bash into enemies who come close. It takes 2 Mites to make a Roller. G-3: Raptor: The Mites change to an offensive mode, taking up a satellite like appearance and circling above the gunner waiting for targets to be designated. when given one, the Raptors will cycle small laser beams at the target. G-4: Aegis: Mites take up position on the Gunner's arm, tightening their metal bodies to form a heavily armored shield specifically blocking attacks, though obviously weighing dow. It takes 6 mites to make a basic buckler, double the number can be used to charge the shield for greater defense. with a large enough number the shield can also be big enough to plant for dedicated cover. G-5: Beetle: A Large number of Mites join together to make a Sizeable Beetle like construct, though it is durable with it's hard shell, and dangerous with a horn, It's not generally used for the purpose of fighting, so much as transportation. It takes 12 Mites to make a basic transport beetle including hover and climbing function, 24 to make one that is larger and armored, and at least 30 to make one that can transport more than 2 individuals at once. Mecha Summoning: The Main Magic based ability of Mechanic Gunners, allowing them to summon a variety of pre-built Mecha... They of course have to actually 'build' these Mecha before use, or find one to add to their collection. EX-S Viper: A Medium Sized Cannon Turret Mecha, Stationary when summoned and firing large flaming projectiles at it's targets. Air Mech 'Tempester': A Man sized aerial combat Mecha, Possesses flight, a Machine arm, shield arm, and back released Rockets. Sparrow Factory: A 'deployment' style mecha, Stationary when summoned, it constructs 'sparrow' mecha, at a moderate rate until it runs out of power. Sparrow: Small flying mecha with dual micro-cannons for attacking targets, use fly-by and dive-bombing targets, Suicide when damaged. Gaebolg-Fist: An incomplete part of an especiaally Giant Mecha, only the fist is complete at the time, but can still be used to 'punch' through a large portal. G-0 Battledroid: A combination of Mecha summoning and Mites, using 'small' portals to summon the pieces that fall into place, and the Mites to clamp everything into place. It possess a Machine gun attached to both fists and knees, Grenade launchers in it's shoulders, and an array on it's back, fragile mind you, that charges and releases homing lasers. [/Hider] Background: Emmy is a bit of a 'wild child' type, typically a nice guy and excessively cheery, ever the type to seek thrills, whether it's skating along in busy places, goin crazy in a night club, or unloading at the city's local gun-range. He loves flashy things, explosions, mecha, and NOISE!, it's no wonder things tend to sound pretty wild whenever he sits down for a game... He 'is' a good sport about things, pranks, jokes, jabs, jests, and so on... but when he gets ahold of a controller he is also the type reffered to as a 'Sultan of Slam', though he keeps it to tasteful jokes with friends, he pulls no verbal punches with enemies. Other: The gunner! he has no name, just a big gun! "Say hello to my little friend!" "This if my Rifle, this is my Gun!, Both are for fighting, Both are for fun!"
