I remember one comic where he jumped from one continent to another. 

I kinda feel that Archmage and Yog are op. I think what makes this RP so grand is the strongest characters can only maintain that power for a short amount of time. It makes you think about how you use your powers. There is only a couple of players that haven't had that issue because theres only been one real fight. Everyone has limits to what they can do.
