I have to disagree, John is weak against anything that can be deadly to lifeforms outside of physical force, but even when it comes to physical flights he's not invincible. He mainly is a kind of shapeshifter with some heavy strength, also he is limited only to manipulating biology so he can't turn his skin into metal
