Technically Cypress [i]could[/i] deliver a punch that could kill her but this would require Cypress to speed up to something just short of light-speed. I suppose how you could see something like that as OP.

It would have to have a certain amount of rules with it then, like only allowing portals on inanimate objects or maybe even certain materials? I trust Bee and I don't think that he would make the NPC who's OP. That's only for me to do! (Story Arc 3 spoilers!)
