Falacia did not infact have space elevators, as to at least the Iscandarians build a giant black cable into space and trying to keep it stable so it could be used as a way of transporting ships into space was stupid. Falacia had multiple stations around it, civilian and defense and many more defense stations then would normally surround a colony, presenting a difficulty for the Septonian ships. It was also surrounded by a asteroid field, in which many mining operations were occurring, as well as there were many defensive weapons. It was likely that they were more hidden out of site of the Septonian fleet, so they would need to be careful. The power cores of the stations were not obvious, but all of the stations did have shields, and most them had them active at the time. A fleet was also around the planet, numbering a 101 ships. Several points on the planet also had extremely high levels of power output, and formed a network with one another, indicating a planetary shield. It wasn't activated at the moment, but could be activated quickly in the event of a attack.

The two shuttles landed were the soldiers were observing. Two people stepped out first, and they wore the same uniforms and even had the same gems as the mages that attacked the Septonians back on New Condia. They had a different symbol on their suits though, indicating they were of higher rank then the ones that had attacked the Septonians. Each combined their efforts and projected a shield over the shuttles. 4 sentinels flew up into the air after leaving the shuttles, with what appeared to be tactical goggles on that allowed them to search using multiple forms of wave-lengths, and each had a shield around them. They began flying around, using a mix of night vision, UV, and infrared in attempts to find the Septonians.
