Evangeline is a beautiful woman, with long red tendrils falling to her mid-waist, smooth alabaster skin, asymmetrical facial features, and deep cerulean blue eyes. She stands at a modest height of 5'7" and possesses a very slender and feminine physique. 

She often wears a headdress, just a simple gold chain draped across her forehead garnished with blue crystals. This is to represent her status and family ties. Additionally, she will usually be seen wearing expensive fabrics- leather, lace, silk, and satin. A typical outfit for her would be as follows:

Elegant but fierce, are two accurate words to describe Evangeline. She has lived to see many terrible, evil things and may have a cold exterior because of that. When she wants to, she can come off as charming, sweet, charismatic- but it's usually to reel in a quick meal or to outwit an enemy. At first, Evangeline hated her family and her roots- she did not want to kill. But after many years of conditioning and following in her Father's footsteps, her guilt is a distant memory. Behind the pretty face, kind words and genuine demeanor, Evangeline is a trained killer. 

[B]Brief history:[/b]
Born many decades before our story begins, Evangeline was the result of a Vampire mating with a female Human. Now, much like many stories tell, there really isn't any such thing has a "halfling" vampire- you either are, or you aren't. And Evangeline, much to her Mother's despair...very much was. When she threatened to leave with the infant, Evangeline's father had her killed. Whisked away in the night, a crying baby girl would never know her mortal Mother. 

The way that vampirism works is that you grow and age until you are fully mature- then your body freezes in time for all eternity. For some, the aging process stops at 18, but for others it can stretch until 30. Once it stops, you will be forever young with an eternally growing index of knowledge. And Evangeline did grow...year after year, the perfect child blossomed. Taught by scholars and spared no expense as her Father, Roderick, was a very wealthy and powerful Lord. Their ancestry dates back thousands of years, a prestigious blood line decorated with royalty. Being the daughter of a Lord, Evangeline was considered so as well. 

At the age of 20, her physical growth came to a halt. She is now as she will forever be. As our story begins, her Father Roderick is the Lord of Dragoncrest and has power over his land. As vampires, they feed on the mortal population and it is well known that a human trafficking ring operates under the Lord's control in order to make a statement of his underlying hatred of mortals.
