@Raijin: Reduce Fenrir's Strength to B, since A+ is a bit high to have at all times. Keep Monstrous Strength a Steady A+ however, since Fenrir is indeed a pretty famous beast so that his strength steadily increases as fights drags out, making him a deadly threat. As for his Noble Phantasm, I would adjust the stat rankings a bit, especially the last chain's. Also, there may be a problem if it is impossible to remove... so work on that a bit. Unless I read it wrong? (Eyes are a little tired) Also, I think you should remove "Never Again", mainly because while I like the idea, I just feel like it is kind of pushing it just a bit.
