Name: Shir-Val-KuulGender: FemaleSpecies: Age: 27Homeworld: Tiss'sharlAppearance: Personality: While Shir is not a person who directly disagrees with the Jedi Code, she disagrees in many ways with how the modern Jedi Order carries itself. Although she had never considered leaving the order, she cannot help but to feel that the Jedi's current path is far too short sighted and narrow minded, and that they have lost sight of what the Jedi are meant to be. Shir is a person who tends to break a lot of molds and does not easily conform to categorization. She does not hide or suppress emotion to the same extent as other Jedi, but they rarely note her acting on either of its extremes. She does not always approach situations with the same formality as other Jedi, but she is still quite well-spoken and educated. Overall, she tries to mold herself to be adaptive in any respect she can. Flaws: As a combat specialist, Shir has not dedicated as much time to honing her force abilities as some other Jedi. One of the force abilities she did take time to learn, force body, can leave her injured and weakened, to which her limted healing abilities cannot repair in any short amount of time. As well, while her unique personality among Jedi gives her perspective that others would not have, she is more vulnerable to her emotions as a result.Skills: Lightsaber forms: Shii-Cho, Makashi, Soresu, Ataru.Shir's fighting style involves rapidly and unpredicatbly shifting techniques mid-combat based on need, or to confuse foes. As a weapon master, she is skilled with a versatile set of weapons and styles. Equipment: An extended hilt, dual phase lightsaber, orange color (uses two color crystals) Lightsaber shoto, green crystalA tool belt with pouches for useful items (datapad, comm link, etc...)Force Abilities: As a combat specialist, Shir's focus has not been on strengthening her force abilities. She does not have many abilities beyond the core abilities all Jedi possess, such as telekinesis (which she uses almost exclusively for enchancing her combat abilities), only force body, and very limited force healing, given time and concentration. History: As with most Jedi, the parents to which Shir-Val-Kuul was hatched and her homeworld in general had little bearing on her life, as she was taken from them at a young age for training. For the first few years, there seemed to be nothing exceptional about her, but as the other initiates were taught to conform to the expectations of a Jedi's behavior, Shir was just a bit different. She was not exactly rebellious, and her instructors could not say at any point that she was violating the Jedi code, but her personality stood out from the rest. And, as her skills developed, it became clear that her interests were somewhat different as well. Whenever she had time to herself, she preferred to research weapons and fighting techniques. This was not terribly uncommon, and as long as she could display the wisdom and emotional control of a Jedi, she could learn to become a Jedi Guardian, but it was the kinds of styles she liked to practice which her instructors found interesting. It was not only lightsabers, but blades, staves, whips, and even blasters in which she found interest. As time passed and Shir passed the appropriate trials, she was eventually selected as a padawan by a Togruta Jedi named Rohlta, who also shared somewhat unconventional interpretations of the Jedi code. In their years as master and padawan, Shir grew to adopt many of his philosophies. Although, as was common for her, she always tended to seek her own interpretations of her experiences. Her master promoted a degree of individualism within her that some of his fellow Jedi found worrying, but as she was able to pass each of her trials of knighthood without too much issue by the end of her apprenticeship, it seemed as if she was going to make a fine Jedi. Through her time as a padawan, Shir had never stopped her training with weapons unconventional for a Jedi, from variations of lightsabers, to her own teeth and claws, and it continued well into her knighthood. It was a foregone conclusion that Shir was to be a Jedi Guardian, given her intense focus on physical combat. As such, her missions caused her to be quite active in galactic peacekeeping, especially in the Clone Wars themselves. She has been known for finding unconventional methods for overcoming foes and other obstacles. Through her experience in the field, as well as her constant training, Shir eventually earned the title of Jedi Weapon Master, though her eventual choice of primary weapon was somewhat more conventional than most with the title. She found that using a dual-phase lightsaber gave her the most effectiveness due to its versitility, but even then she felt too trapped within a certain stye. Over time, she began carrying a shoto which she could use as a parrying blade if needed, as well as extending the length of her lightsaber's hilt for greater grip and control. Although, given the extent of her weapons training, she is capable of using many more types of weapons. At present, Shir is between missions at the Jedi temple. Strangely for her, instead of her usual training, she is often finding herself in the archives, researching not some ancient fighting style, but the history of the Jedi Order itself.
Good.

I'll let you deflect force lightening but not absorb it like Yoda did, and even then no absorbing blaster bolts or lightsabers. Lets stick to electrical currents as they're not incredibly lethal. If that's okay with you... you're good.
