Andrew was trying to run when he heard the D-class yelling at SCP-666. He ran back towards her, "don't do that! He's a dangerous monster with no feelings right now!" He said as he stood next to her. 

What the D-class said isn't what made Allan stop, he would have just kept walking. It was the MTF, he turned around to see the two standing next to each other.
