Mkay...... I'm a Noob with this......and to tell the truth I have no idea what I'm doing. I found this place and REALLY like it....just have a question. ONE. 

   If I did not find a RP that is to my liking, (or if I did and they are all deader than a doorknob) Do I have to request permission from an Admin/Moderater to create my own RP?
I had played on another site before and they were very serious about this. I had to submit my idea onto a form and one of them had to approve.......just wondering if it is the same here.........

  So yah......that's really my only question.......
