Yumi smiled slightly amused at the fact Viral had taken offense to her comment, especially when none had been intended. "I never said it was a bad smell Viral, now did I? Maybe you have a pleasant smell, or just a very normal one." She didn't quite know how to classify Viral's odor, he did have one. Everyone on the ship had a distinct smell to them, she'd found, even when completely clean. By this point it was possible to recognize each of their friends by scent alone, provided she was trying to pay any mind to it. The aromas weren't constantly assaulting her nose or anything like that, she'd only really notice it if she tried picking them up. Figuring it was probably best to get moving before Viral decided not to go Yumi took the initiative and went off to the forests, the Beastman not far behind her. Glancing over her shoulder she pursed her lips in thought at his question, reaching up and scratching at one of her ears. "I know how to make very basic weapons. If we find a sharp rock, a strong branch or stick and some kind of rope I could fashion a spear. Other than that though I guess my plan was to just chase things." Not a very solid plan admittedly, but that's what she thought hunting was for Viral. Well maybe not only that, he had to have some intricate methods considering how much he used to do it. "You're teaching me the basics today, right? So how do you think we should start?" "Even if it isn't whatever money they use here I doubt they'll turn away coins," Kabocha replied, smirking at Kai as he grabbed the small bag of money in his pocket. Tossing it up a few times in his palm he caught it and held it between two fingers, giving it a small shake. "It's still made of metal that's hard to come by, and once they realize that I'm certain our money will be as good as theirs. Heck, it might even be better!" He wasn't sure what Kaesstra had for natural resources, besides wood and rocks. Obviously they had some metal because of those big pillars, but that looked more like construction stuff than something you'd make currency out of. Slipping the bag back into his pocket he chuckled, folding his arms before turning away from the twins with a smug smile. "Is that jealousy I'm hearing, Kai? It's not like you to be jealous of someone, at least not openly." If this worked out then Kabocha might have a bit of influence for the first time since being on Kortal. Sure, even back home what he did have wasn't all that impressive, but it was more than most. If his money proved to be exceptionally valuable then he'd basically be nobility again. This was going to be a blast, Takeshi could already tell. Even with Haku coming along he was sure they were going to have fun with this. It was hard not to think that way when Shu was practically set to explode with energy and all, the little guy's level of excitement was off the charts. Sticking his tongue out childishly the older boy took the lead into the woods, heading near the opposite direction Yumi and Viral had. They were off to hunt or whatever so it was best they stay away, otherwise they could ruin things for their friends. That and T'charrl might not do so well with seeing them killing wildlife, definitely a good idea to stay away. "Of course I'm going to swing longer, I promise. We've got nothing else going on so we can play all we want. Probably for the next few days even!" Unless something came up again, which was extremely unlikely they were guaranteed at least 3 or 4 days easy of just doing as they pleased. It couldn't have come at a better time for them too, everyone needed a bit of a break from the fighting. Saiyans or not they weren't mindless battling machines, even they got tired of all of it after a while. Takeshi thought it was pretty damn neat how T'charrl could figure out where to go out here. To him it all looked the same, just trees everywhere. From where they were currently by the ship it was easier to navigate, he'd seen the city from their landing spot and could easily follow it. Once they ended up in the thick of the growth however he'd be good as senseless. There was no navigating by the sun on Kaesstra since he was pretty sure it didn't follow the same pattern as Earth's, and who knows what the stars looked like. "That's awesome T'charrl, really. And it's a good thing you feel relaxed too." Their friend had been really uptight and nervous about coming to Kaesstra the last few days, even with him trying to hide it they could tell. Funny though, once they had landed and set foot it was like T'charrl was a totally different person. He was enjoying himself and looked to not be worried about a single thing. Maybe he was really excited about playing, or really eager about seeing his parents again. His current form was a slight issue still but no one here was going to bring that up and risk upsetting the guy. Swinging through trees sounded fun, but terribly complicated. How were they even supposed to do that anyways? Shu could do it easily with his tail, but Takeshi was missing his and T'charrl was hardly built for that sort of thing. Haku had his but he didn't even know where to begin in trying to swing around with it, that just wasn't something he'd done. According to the younger Prince you didn't really need a tail for it, you could get on fine without one. Okay, so how in the hell did you do it? And more importantly why were they doing this? There were plenty of other, more normal things they could do other than swinging about like a bunch of monkeys. Scratching at his head a bit Haku looked over at Shu, managing a ghost of a smile as he did so. "Are you going to teach us how to do this or something...?" he mumbled, not sounding all too confident, "Swinging from trees isn't exactly something most people do." Actually he didn't know a single person on any planet that did it. He knew of it, obviously, he'd seen monkeys doing it in the East City zoo, and elsewhere as well, but never a person. That aside they were basically excluding T'charrl with this game, something Haku was a bit surprised Shu didn't realize. Surely he wasn't that dim?
