Claire is straightforward, impulsive, and quick on the wait. She likes to get things done in a fast pace because slow is the mode and fast is the crash. Her excellence is her pride, the earlier the better, the faster things are in fruition meaning Claire strives for what is best, perfection. At the same time she is as free as a bird and doesn't like to be ordered around.

Claire's weapons of choices are anything that is rigged hidden as traps such as arrows. Her default weapon is a recurve bow and arrows that are built to disrupt magic circuits.

Claire is a marksman specialist, and a master of disguise. She is an alchemist specializing in transmutation in the form of electricity. Cooking,lock picking, hacking and reading in braille.

Electricity Transmutation: A form of alchemy she learned herself by reading a book, self taught and it took her 4 years to be skilled in it. She can't perform huge amounts of electricity instead she uses this by infusing it in her arrows. Electrocuting herself will give her more electricity to use. Creating electricity out of nowhere is difficult, she brings her electrical thingy with her always. She also has resistance to electricity.

She doesn't know the Sugiyama's full fighting style aside from archery.

[B]History/Background:[/B]
While Claire doesn't like to talk about her past and in spite of all the conflicts her families had for generations eventually she's just the white sheep on the bench mark. The Sugiyama family is a family that sells weapons to Mages as it is the family tradition, the family used to work along side the Church to provide them their assets of vanquishing "demons" thus it can be said that the Sugiyama are demon hunters or it can be said that they help the Church vanquish certain entities, this is Claire's mother's side of the family. Claire learned archery at a young age which made her as a long ranged fighter, she picked her mom's family fighting style than her father's family styles and up to this date, the Winslow fighting style or magic is unknown to her and only some of her family knows of it. Like every normal girl, she went to school and finished school and as obvious as it will get, Claire was once part of the archery club in Misaki City. She originates from Misaki City and later moved to the current city she is when she was 15.

Despite of her family's strife, Claire lived her life to where she can't be bothered and along with her mom, they moved away from the main family house and she was only 4. A young kid like that by all means necessary is meant to be kept in the dark than witness the horrible situation of her families. Claire's stay in Misaki City was very fresh compare to the City where a certain event is held every ten years. She grew up having a normal life and at her second to the last year of middle school, she was the captain of the archery club which so explains her amazing skill in archery. Like mother like daughter, just like her mom, she was the captain of archery and this achievement is something that is tradition upon the proud "Sugiyama Shooters" and at the same time, their shop is named "Sugiyama Shooters". The young Claire treasures every moment of her life. In the name of her Father, she was moved to the place where she is currently, a deal was a deal. When Claire turned 13 she is listed as one of her family's father side for the next Holy Grail War, at first she doesn't believe in it and it is by then she received a training that will make her what she is today. Other than that, it didn't stop her from being the happy person she is.
