"Hmm, I supposed it wasn't a complete paradise as I had heard, but still, it sounds quite interesting. I'll have to make sure to find out when one of those festivals is occurring if I ever travel there. It seems like that would be the best time to visit. And a tower that tall...I would love to see it for myself. Perhaps someday." Rukeewei commented. The conversation continued for a while after everyone had finished their meal. Kaleeth even joined in to the best of her ability after failing spectacularly to steal Lorag's mead. It was not long, however, before the same fatigue Sabine was experiencing started to show in the others as well, particularly in Kaleeth and Janius, due to their intense training hours before. Combined with her intoxication, Kaleeth could hardly sit up straight any longer and had resorted to leaning on Janius for support. Eventually, after a sufficient lapse in conversation, Meesei decided to give one last thanks to their hosts. "I believe it is close to time for us to return to camp. I would like to thank you again for inviting us here. I truly wish we did not have to leave so soon. If we ever find our way back to Thorn, then I will make sure the next round of wine is on us." She said with a smile. "Do you think you will have the time to see us off at the docks tomorrow?" She asked. Meesei could not imagine that it would be so easy for Ariel to say goodbye to Sabine, especially considering how far away they were traveling. Realistically, the chance of them ever returning to Thorn was slim. Meesei hoped to be able to catch Ariel alone to speak to her before they went back to camp.
