It's taught to everyone, with varying degrees of success. In terms of the picture with Anakin and that on the Wiki I would say that's more of a telekinetic thing but I can see it also being Barrier. IT really depends what you do with it, that's why I'm making you know now, I mean I'm not stopping you from learning more abilities down the line. We got some [i]pretty[/i] interesting abilities as a group.
