Isaac watched the mother and daughter's reunion with a blank expression, thought under it, he felt a little happy for Delilah. That bit of emotion, however, went away as Vlad turned to him and asked what it was he wanted to say. "It was my pleasure sir," He paused, trying to determine the order in which he should speak, "First, sir, the little one has told me that she has been wondering the castle grounds unsupervised in secret, and that she's even left them a few times. Second, the little one's powers, they are manifesting." All this he said after he was sure that Delilah and her mother had gone so they wouldn't hear. Then, his ears itched, for the fourth or fifth time now, he hadn't noticed it before because of Delilah's distraction. But now that he did, he knew why it was that they were bothering him, the thuds that usual came with the footsteps of the hound were no longer on the grounds. "Something else sir, that I've just noticed. I no longer hear your pet's footsteps on the grounds..." He said, referring to the Petentem that Vlad made out of a captured hunter some time ago.
