She gave an obligatory smile, then responded again when he was done. "Okay, that's all I needed to know. Don't want to pry too much- just want to make sure I know about what may affect me."

She didn't think too much about it, and only continued to listen while he explained Ralen's role to her. When she finished, she couldn't help but notice he hadn't assigned a role for her.
