"Maybe it will explode in my face though, we don't know what the plants here are like. Or maybe it'll try to eat me!" Yumi replied, making gnashing gestures with her hands before smiling, holding up a finger, "We need to be careful of the plants and animals since we don't know what they all are... Or something along those lines. I may be paraphrasing but you told me that when I was little. So I'm doing just that, I'm being careful!" Viral should be happy about that, her recalling a lesson he'd given her years ago. It wasn't down to the exact lettering but she knew the gist of it, enough to mind what she was doing. So long as she didn't grab at anything with poisonous pollen or poisonous barbs then she would be just fine. Regardless of if they had healing tanks on the ship or not it would really stink to get sick in some way after just having landed. Goofing around as she was sort of helped counter the slight nervousness at pulling at random plants for her weapon. Grass was safe though, grass was always safe. She found some large, blueish blades of grass beneath a tree and opted to use those for her weapon. Carefully pulling some free she held the spear between her legs, intertwining the glass to strengthen it before tying it around the spear head and shaft, securing them together. She just had to make one last little joke though, bringing up her hasty act the other day of tearing her clothing up for bandages. Viral obviously didn't like that idea, and she got a good laugh out of his response. "Already done Viral, see?" Yumi said, brandishing her finished spear proudly, "Are you going to make a weapon too?" Kabocha didn't think it had been all that long, really. A month at most, maybe a few weeks more, but not that long. The twins raised a fair point though, time on Kaesstra passed at a far different rate than what they were used to. It was hard to say whether it was shorter or longer than normal since they had been on so many worlds, it was a little disorienting really. "It's not like we caused that much damage! It was that stupid tree that sprouted up, not us!" Kabocha said defensively, his face puffing a bit indignantly before he looked back at the city, "See? And the thing has gotten even bigger than last time! That's not our fault." Hm, that was right too, Kaesstrians really didn't sleep a whole lot. That was sort of creepy, knowing the whole planet might be awake while you were sleeping. For multiple days even, it was just unusual. These people had been the first aliens they had met where they found they didn't sleep regularly. Then again most alien races they had met were conquered or beaten down and conscripted, so their knowledge of other races wasn't exactly stellar. The city was getting closer quickly, so Kabocha began his descent towards the ground while trying to find the nearest road to set down on. With the impending approach upon them he was a little worried as to how these people were going to receive them, whether they'd left a good mark or not. If they were miffed about the city being wrecked they could blame the General, or the tree, yeah? "I can't see any reason he wouldn't, you know? I mean what do we need, a few trees and some dirt? We can do that easy, no sweat!" Trees from Kaesstra would be even better than ones from Earth, or Uuonoe or any other planet. The ones here were taller than any others and thicker, that made them especially good for playing on. That appeared to be the case as Shu was really enjoying himself here, though it could be just the fact alone he got to do this again. Takeshi was having fun with it too, much more than he had expected to. Trying his luck with a few tricks he decided to just get back to racing along the branches, not wanting to go tumbling or face-plant after a good run. Grinning at his brother the older boy jumped over, doing his best to try and catch up to Shu so he could grab hold of him. "Wear shoes, then your feet won't be cold!" Takeshi teased, knowing full well how his little brother disliked them, "And come here, I'm going to get you!" They could afford to mess around a bit, Haku was with T'charrl and T'charrl knew the planet better than anyone, they wouldn't get lost. Plus they all had scouters now so they could get in touch if need be, there was nothing to worry about. Except for Shu, he had to worry about his older brother getting him. Earth was nice, sure, but nowhere near as nice as Kaesstra. There were roads and towns and cities everywhere on Earth, it all looked developed and inhabited by people. Not Kaesstra, it was far more natural looking, at least the part they were in. Maybe that would change, it was hard to say as he hadn't seen the cities here yet. It really did feel like an alien world though, being the first time that Haku truly felt away from all of the fighting that the war had brought on. It was peaceful, and despite being a natural-born Saiyan he found himself really grateful for the lull in the violence. Caught up in looking around at all the new, vibrantly colored plants the Saiyan glanced back at T'charrl, frowning before shaking his head. "I don't miss my home, or family... Or any of them," Haku remarked, wrinkling his nose in disdain before scoffing, "I hope the rebels kill them all, and I hope Kortal gets razed to the ground. I was always treated like crap back at home, by everyone, no one respected me or even bothered to give me a chance, so why should I miss them? I don't care about any of that..." Was that a bit much? He probably shouldn't be voicing his feelings like that, especially not when the topic otherwise was nice and happy. Getting the idea he'd really spoken out of turn Haku lowered his eyes, sniffing before rubbing at his nose embarrassed, "Sorry... I shouldn't have said that..." So far walking in the city was proving to be an easy task, no one seemed to particularly mind his being here. A few heads turned naturally and a few probably even recognized Vegeta, but no one bothered to interact with him in any manner, positive or negative. That was beneficial to a point, it meant he could go about his "work" at his leisure, but it would make fulfilling Sayomi's requests of doing research a bit difficult. If perchance the Kaesstrians were trying to avoid him then gathering any sort of information would become nigh impossible. He would focus on his research for Sayomi later, his quest of intrigue came first. Katas' building, as he recalled, was off to the East of where he was, overlooking several smaller buildings around it. There were not many terribly tall buildings in the area so spotting out what he was looking for wasn't that difficult, and after making it a few blocks from where he had landed Vegeta could see his goal peeking up over several smaller structures. Staring up at the structure he was a bit perplexed when he heard a dull droning noise, pausing in his step on the side of the road and glancing towards the source. Approaching him from down the road was a small craft, what almost resembled a car from Earth except a bit wider and taller. It hovered along just off the ground at a steady speed, hardly making much noise besides the droning sound as it passed him by. Vehicles...? Had they those before? Maybe not, since that was the only one he'd seen thus far. It could be too he was so far out from the center of the city. Hm... He'd have to look into that, that was a wholly new discovery for him.
