That's the nice thing about extra heroes tho, you can introduce them late. I'm considering a privateer from a planet or organization also opposed to Zangyack. He might as well be a pirate and part of his job is that if he gets caught he'll be considered as such and all involvement with him denied, but since he's technically backed by a letter of marque supplied by a government he puts on airs.
