The IC is now up and the tournament match-ups have been announced. When I return tonight I will PM the combat details of the NPCs to the relevant players. But for now, the first round of the tournament hasn't begun yet. It's a time for the characters to possibly meet-and-greet, or perhaps anything else that could happen when you put sixteen powerful people in one room. Who knows. Once everyone has more or less checked-in in the IC, then we can get the first round underway. I shall now vanish for six hours. Adieu.
