George is under whoever you partner him with. He can't be partnered with your Master, though! Buuut, cause your Master is Allied, George can only partner with another Allied character. >3>

Also, on the USSR, we're putting them on the Axis side on account of the Molotov Pact and with regard for the current point in time. 

If we change the amount of characters you can app, you're free to app a Finn so long as you give proper reason for whatever side they're on/their motivation. ^^"
