@Mr_pink: The thought is that it's easier to train younger people, and that they're more physically capable than people who might be wiser and more mentally capable but starting to have more things going on with their bodies that aren't necessarily great for being a super elite police force. While I am very aware that there are fantastic military and police officers older than twenty-two (sometimes much older), my thought was that a paranoid guy would probably not want to take his chances. However, I was sort of stewing over the idea today and I thought that there would probably need to be staff members older than the bracket to train and look after the volatile youths, so I'm probably going to revise some things to include that and make that more feasible. EDIT: For reference, I set the age bracket at 16-22, though I'm considering upping it to 25 because that still seems reasonable. @Evil Snowman: Alright. Awesome!
