I've played FallOut 2 before. Great game.

I know for a fact that FallOut games always have weird, mutated beasts roaming all over. [b]I was wondering if I could play as a nation full of my own original sentient race.[/b]

They will be very very physically strong and its army will consist of the tankiest tanks in this RP. But I will make it so that they are absolute simpletons barely capable of basic arithmetic or military tactics. They will be warlike, and will be savage in combat capable of great physical feats.

So... can it be accepted?
