Calmly walking past cell after cell, Akila saw many different creatures. Some where indeed unusual but having herself been taken into a world of mythical beings once before it was not that startling. Exploring on foot would take too long though. She needed to know the layout of everything and where people were. Taking hold of her amulet she detached the scarab on the end and held it flat in her palm. Drawing it close to her lips she spoke softly. "Reveal this place to me."

Jumping to life the wings of the scarab shot out and it began to fly. It took off and traveled at an astounding speed. Going down every hallway and open door it circled the rooms and surveyed what and who was inside. It did stay far enough away to avoid arms reach. And just as quickly as it entered a room it flew back out, stopping for nothing. Once it could find no other paths to take it returned to Akila.

Satisfied with the information gathered she began to make her way to James' location.
