Well I guess it would depend my trouble with Sound Manipulation really is how would you recharge it since conduits are well like the name implies conduits, the powers aren't so much as just manifested in them that they can use them whenever but rather they can use these abilities when they are charged with whatever is necessary for them to use said powers. It also would come down to what abilities would your powers allow you to manipulate. Don't want something to OPed after all and Sound Manipulation can be one of those powers that are easy to OP without even trying. Of course any power can be OP but some are easier to do so by accident.

So it really would depend on what your plans with the powers? I'm open to ideas and won't shoot a power down unless it truely doesn't fit with Infamous or is just to OP that it can never work.
