Wilson did put it fairly well. Compared to all the other sheets, your sheet is very short. Also, we're very fond of flaws here. The relics not only grant advantages, but tend to balance out through unexpected or unforseen side effects. Right now, you cannot have an allegiance that isn't shared by another character. It would be preferred if it is to either Othea, Kalesia or the Order of Idris. Appearance: unless there's a logical reason in the relic or his history for his having black hair streaked with white (an example of the latter would be major head trauma in the past), it would not be acceptable with such hair. The rest of his appearance also indicates that he would not possibly function in society. Heterochromia is an interesting trait, but can put him at a disadvantage in society. In many medieval cultures, people were critical in ways they aren't in today's world. Anyone born different would have risked being set out in the woods to die simply for being different. They were often superstitious, so religion would have helped them excuse it. as for the relic... is it a sword or a knife? you describe it as both, yet it has to be one or the other. so final point: the CS could become good, but it needs expanding.
