Personality: Bold and stubborn with strong sense of justice. He hates authority and suffocating rules. He lives by his ideals and nobody else's. He isn't afraid to stand up for those beliefs and certainly isn't afraid to defend them. Overprotective of those he cares about, and tends to follow his heart more than his head. Despite that he's surprisingly intelligent and tends to survive on pure dumb luck.

Biography: Curdon Cay, not a pleasant place for a teenager to be. But with a power as interesting and rare as his it was only a matter of time before he was caught. He's been alone practically all his life. His mother was a prostitute and some local whore house, and his father was one of her clients. She didn't even know which one. His mother didn't believe in abortion, so at least there was that. But shortly after he was born, he was dumped on the doorstep of an orphanage. He never even knew his parents and didn't really miss then. But he always found himself wondering just who they were and what they did. The orphanage was opened by a kind elder couple who was never able to have kids of their own. They weren't exactly wealthy, but they weren't poor either. The kids never had much, but they never went hungry or cold. It wasn't the ideal life, but it was a good one.

Until the man got sick. The medical bills started coming in and adding up, and suddenly the orphanage found itself on the edge of closing down. The older children did everything they could to help keep the place alive. Some of them tried to get jobs, others took to stealing. Leon was among those who got jobs. Doing whatever he could to help the couple that had raised him. But unfortunately the old man passed, leaving the wife with a mountain of debt. The orphanage was shut down, leaving the kids to fend for themselves.

Leon was fifteen when this happened one of the oldest kids in the orphanage. They used the now abandon building and tried to keep the younger kids alive. Having to resort to much less legal means to do so. That's when he found out that he was a Conduit. He had always been pretty loud, but not that loud. He trained his new found powers, using them mostly to protect the other kids when they did something dangerous. He tried to keep under DUP's radar, but he couldn't hide forever.

He was sixteen when they caught him. He fought back, hard, but it just wasn't enough. Three years he was stuck in there, he celebrated his coming into adulthood in the worst Conduit prison out there. Until finally, he was freed. Back on the streets in New York, he went to the orphanage and found that the kids had scattered, only a small group of them remained. He stayed with them, protecting them, helping them, whatever they needed from him. Until the Syndicate made itself known. Then he had no choice but to leave them, he didn't want them to get hurt because of what he was.

Power: Sound Manipulation

Power-: 

Disrupting Wave: A small burst of sound that does just what it says it does. Disrupts radios, amps, speakers, communication devices, anything that amplifies sound.

Microphone: An ability that let's himself project his voice as if he had a built in microphone.

Smell the Color Nine: A passive ability that let's him see sound waves. Can't be turned off.

Banshee's Wail: A larger, more powerful, version of Disrupting Wave that emits a horrible loud screech, has the potential to bust ear drums.

Steal the Show: Leon creates a barrier that either allows him to draw in, or push away all sound waves in a small radius. He cannot direct where they go though, so they're just bounce around randomly.

Perfect Pitch: On top of seeing them, Leon can also hear individual sound waves and know what key they're or what they're saying even if everything around it is a jumbled up mess. Useful for big crowds or eavesdropping.

Other: Leon's tattoo is kind of his symbol. Its a little creepy for a hero, but what they hell.
