Ruby giggled, looked at Tessa's hand holding hers and closed her pale fingers around her new friends and walked along. She liked the way Tessa could laugh and how she had turned red when her stomach started to make silly noises. She looked around during their walk and kept in mind how to get to the cafeteria.
