*Disclaimer: this may contain spoilers for a book series. If you don't like spoilers, and don't know what Camp Half-Blood is, then don't read any more!* I know there's been a few attempts at CHB RPs, but I figured I'd give it another shot. Anyways, so this would obviously take place after the first series...So if you haven't read finished the Percy Jackson and the Olympians series, do so if you want to participate! but have it be instead of the Heroes of Olympus series. That being said, I prefer this is a Camp Half-Blood only scenario - so no Roman parentage or referencing Camp Jupiter. So my thoughts are that there was a different Prophecy of Seven (I have one written, but it just doesn't feel right...so we could work on it or whatever...) and a series of quests that lead up to it. So it would follow more like the PJ&tO series instead of HoO - where they use camp as a staging ground/base camp and it starts off with the quests seeming more coincidental than stepping stones. I do have a series of quests thought up, which range from coincidental to clearly part of the bigger picture with the final one being the prophecy that set it all in motion. Or we can do something completely different. I've just been jonesing for a CHB RP and was hoping to find at least a handful of others interested too. I"m hoping to keep this to 10 characters or less...preferably 7 or less...And definitely limiting the amount of Big 3s (maybe 1 for Zeus and 1 for Poseidon. Hades could have one too, but only if they're from before the three swore the oath not to have any more children - which means funky time stuff; the reason for the Hades situation is because he is - ironically - the most honorable of the gods and has never broken his word) so it would be first come first serve. We'd do character sheets with approval needed, but that shouldn't be too much of an issue I don't think. Sorry for the rambling - I do advertise it in my name - and if this does garner interest and go to IC/OOC, my OOC post will be a lot less rambly. So, what do people thing?
