So, who is starting out already with the team? I know Puppy and Jack had how they joined the team in their Bios. I was thinking either that Natalia and a few of them already had the team and recruited the rest of them for a job, or the criminals were trying to help someone as a team but their history of working alone meant it wouldn't work out without Nate (I mean Natalia) guiding (forcing) them to learn to work together. So she would have to come in. (Sort of like the Pilot Episode, except the criminals would already know each other)
