Its hard giving detailed description. I'm really bad at these things.

She is really skinny, more muscular legs than arms. slime waist with a small bust. Black boots, baggy jeans and a red blouse. Her necklace should be the easiest to know how to draw. Light pink lips, black eyes and a very light skin color. Her hair is light brown and straight. though you can put it in a bun or something.
