Walt was looking at the DVD store to try and see what he would spend with his christmas money that he had gotten from his grandparents as a gift. He was of course going to spend it on some sort of movie or season of a cartoon. The selection was huge at this store and he was having a hard time deciding on whether he would get a Disney classic or buy the complete first season the Galaxy Rangers, he had loved the episodes he had watched on the Internet and wanted the complete first season on DVD. He was having a hard time making his selection and he was worried that his constructs would appear at random as his mind was indecisive but he was focusing as much as he could to keep that from happening.

He needed to get back home before the ball dropped and he at least decided to get the first Season of the Galaxy Rangers. He quickly got back home and watched the the news coverage of the ball drop that would signal the new year with his parents. They drank sparkling apple cider and had a good dinner as they waited for midnight. Soon it was time for the countdown.

Walt saw the ball explode and a super villain came out and asked the crowd who wanted to die first and then he saw Titan come on the screen. Walt felt the drive to go and fight crime and he asked his parents to be excused and go to bed. He ran to his room when they weren't looking and he took out his costume and began to change into his superhero identity named Toon Master. As he did a cartoon construct of Elmer Fudd appeared beside him and did his iconic chuckle.

"So are we going to go out and hunt Wabbits?" he asked as he held his shotgun.

"Not today Fudd, but we can hunt some bad guys" Walt replied and made the construct disappear. After he was fully dressed in his costume, he opened his bedroom window and jumped out and began to fall towards the ground. He created a cartoon UFO and it pulled him out of his fall and he rode on the top of it as it sped towards the part of Millennial City where the ball drop was suppose to happen. Walt was ready to face a real villain and he was going to happy to be able to do some hero work with Titan who was a seasoned superhero and very popular.

"Time to kick some ass" Walt said to himself as he flew towards downtown.
