Nope. Things have changed, Palps didn't get Supreme Chancellor and as such didn't have the ability to hide his involvement with the Separatists. So went on to lead with them. The Clone Army was still found and used when the Separatists went on a full offensive. Dooku did not turn he is still a Jedi.

Remember and read the Stance of the Jedi as there are no actual Jedi fighting in the wars. I know my legends canon. The character names where they are are where they're supposed to be :P
