I know my character Alecar disagrees with a few notions of the Jedi Order, specifically the restrictions against romance/marriage, suppressing emotions, and the belief that he Light Side of the Force is the only side that should be studied. Despite this he keeps to the rest of the Order's doctrines, and doesn't speak out against their opinions that he disagrees with.
