"So I might be taken by them eventually?" Runo sank all the way down to the bottom of the tank, saddened by the thought. "Does this mean that I can't go back? I'm going to stay in more of these from now on?" He tapped a bit on the glass next to him and curled his tail around himself, feeling more terrible about the situation by the second. He couldn't escape, there were more of them, and even if he wasn't going to be hurt now, there was no telling what this government might decide to do with him. He'd probably be dissected or something after this scientist was done with him. "I don't want to die like that."
