Well the way I saw it, Sakura asked Tsunade and Kakashi both, but Tsunade approached Kakashi too about helping groom Sakura. She didn't put them in a room together and give them a stern talking to, haha. But a reflection on her requests and her progress thus far are good. This is just Day 1 so she's got a long way to go, but Kakashi has been supportive so there's no concern there. You can just have her be ready to move on to the next phase and call out to Kakashi. Kakashi is going to have her perform the actual jutsu now, but there will be a catch that she might be frustrated with. It may seem unfair, but in the long run she'll likely thank him for not holding her hand so much, and afterwards she'll REALLY want that break. Everything he mentioned to Pakkun is their little secret~ 

He'll make a man out of her, song and all.
