Concerning world's it has to be a Disney world. Anything Disney and maybe a very select few ff worlds. Marvel and star wars are not allowed yet since they haven't been confirmed for the universe. Also in regards to keyblades there are multiple different ways to retrieve one that is canon. A keyblade can choose a worthy heart and come into existence all on its own if you have the makings. The Masters have the chant to pass down a keyblade to anyone they choose. Keyblades are a weapon of the heart and so as long as your heart is strong enough dark or light you can produce one all your own. Anyhow we won't go into technicalities right now.
