I'm merely listing any abilities that she has demonstrated in her adult form (Kizumonogatari), in her child form (Bakemonogatari) or allegedly demonstrated in the past (Onimonogatari). The biggest reason that her abilities are difficult to check is because the Monogatari series isn't really a "fighting" series, if you will, and her various powers exist to establish her as a powerful supernatural creature.

If you need weaknesses: the sun (clearly, though it won't kill her immediately), other vampires (as long as they can drain energy), her own sword (debilitating, but not lethal), and having her heart or limbs removed via occultism (note, not destroyed).
