Sebastian was walking around town, wondering if their were any odd jobs that could be done. While he didn't need much do to his nomadic lifestlye, their were still certain items he couldn't get in the wild, such as certain medicines, toxins, and replacements for his lost or broken arrowheads. As he walked, he happened to hear some townspeople talk about how children seemed to be going missing in the area, taken by some shining bird pokemon. Sebastian consideted offering his service, but was beaten to the punch by a lady with strange marks on her face and her vaporeon. Taking a look at her, he wondered if she'd be even interested in a reward, as she didn't ask about one, nor did she look like the type. 

Deciding he'd never know unless he tried, he followed her to the outslirts of town, where he planned to approach her about joining up to complete the task. A plan that was interrupted by a Pidegot that seemed to run up to the girl, followed shortly by a short guy, who with one look screamed [i]bird man[/i]. Definitely a guy you want to take with you on a bird hunting mission. 

"Why hello travelers, I happen to over hear the little missus here," He said, pointing to the girl who was currently being hugged by the giant bird, "talk to the townspeople about the kidnappings, so I was going to ask if I could join. And I assume that your interested in the bird pokemon doing the kidnapping, judging by your choice of garb. So what do you guys say we all try and find this thing together? The sooner we find it, the sooner we can put the town at ease."
