Gripping an object he levitates it and throws it at his foe or uses it to block attacks.

Level 2

Psonic Enhance controlling the atoms in his body he increases his physical strength by 20 percent and can punch through steel walls.

Levitation: he can levitate off the ground and he can levitate people and objects, that weigh exactly 160Ibs.

Pull and Push: He is able to pull or push objects or people 20 miles afar.

Binding: He can bind objects so that they are unmoved. Example is when someone is pushing or throwing an item at him, he can simply grab it, to keep it from moving. 

Deflect: He can reflect or deflect an opponents projectile or attack so say if someone is running at him and jumps to kick him, he can deflect his course by swinging his arm, the same for objects. Or he can grab it and push it back. 

Confusion: He can confuse his opponent by emitting a small cyan light from his eyes. That connects with his foes forehead. Making it easier for Scion to attack. 

Any relevant weaknesses: Yes. His psychic power is limited by how much he weighs therefore, if someone ways more than him, he can't use much of Telekinesis. Like he wouldn't be capable of lifting his opponent or his opponents object if it weighs more than him. 

Personality: Scion can be described as gentle never really getting angry at nearly anything. He is optimistic always showing that any situation can be resolved with determination and careful consideration. This man is confident and will help anybody he sees that need support. Though he is good natured he is not without his faults. He doesn't like to lose especially in competition and will do almost anything to win except cheat he can be immature at times ignoring people who aren't on the same side as he is or just being flatout rude.
